Giltner Ag focuses on the purchase, sale, storage, and transportation of agriculture commodities and was founded in 2019. We identified that there was a need for more care and personal relationships between consumers and producers of agriculture commodities. We took advantage of the opportunity to help strengthen our local communities in Idaho and to extend that same level of service to the entire northwest region of the United States.

Dispatcher:
​This position is responsible for building relationships with customers, day to day operations, and office/driver support for both Giltner Ag and GLS Carriers.
Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage, coordinate, and develop relationships with Current and New Customers as well as Drivers and Brokers to ensure quality service
• Track load progress
• Work with the office team on any task that requires the teams help
• Any other tasks that are requested by the General Manager, and or Operations Managers

What We Look For:

• Work ethic second to none.
• Previous experience in office operations a plus
• Legendary customer service skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Computer skills knowledge of G-mail, Excel, and Word
• Follow direction and problem solving
• Experience with McLeod
• Cross train in other operating positions within the team
